Sara + Adam • West Chester Engagement Photos
Sara and Adam couldn’t have picked a more fitting place for their West Chester engagement photos: they share long history at West Chester University. It’s where they both went, and where Sara’s parents went and met as well. We walked around campus stopping by anywhere we fancied, with a visit to the basketball hall of fame where Sara’s father had an award, and spending plenty of time near the ‘castle’, where WCU’s auditorium is located. After navigating around a (ridiculously busy) dance recital and avoiding the storms that were rolling in, it was time to bring in Sara and Adam’s resident corgi, Tuna. As a general rule, corgis are super adorable, even before being named Tuna. Let this little lady’s smile melt your heart. Sara and Adam changed into some more comfortable clothes, and we finished off the session on the quad, taking a few photos with cute signs made by Sara herself, reading “You’re Corgially Invited” and “See you in Sea Isle” (guess which one was Tuna’s favorite!) – I’m really impressed by her calligraphy skills! Sara also made some awesome bespoke scarves that Tuna sported – she was easily the best dressed corgi in town. Despite utterly gloomy forecasts and torrential rain later that evening, we lucked out and were able to get lots of great photos! I can’t wait for their Sea Isle wedding next year!!
